The first thing we did was address turbine inlet pressure with a superior flowing and better fitting turbine housing than the already successful 8cm2 design. We settled on a 10cm2 design that could be applied to both our journal bearing and ball bearing Subaru products.\u003c\/p\u003e  \u003cp\u003eIn order to ensure that quality control meets our standards and we have flexibility to serve our customers, the Blouch 10cm2 castings are machined in-house on our own CNC equipment. Blouch engineers have designed custom, high flow wheels which brings the power potential of this turbo up to a staggering 550 Flywheel HP while retaining 100% bolt-on installation. The lightweight Blouch billet compressor wheel offers a faster spool time with a larger 57mm inducer\/76mm exducer size (up from the standard 47mm\/68mm) to increase air output. The turbine wheel also sees a significant redesign, moving to a 9-blade setup (OEM is 12) and an increase in size up to a 62mm inducer from the standard 56mm.
