Developed specifically for the C7.5 supercharged 3.0 TFSI, this calibration delivers huge gains in horsepower and torque while maintaining OE-like drivability and reliability. Flashing is completed at home via the IE POWERlink and mobile app for Apple or Android, using a direct OBDII connection and Bluetooth. Swap between 91, 93 or E85 fuel maps in minutes, log data, clear fault codes, and update files without visiting a workshop. Stage 1 is engineered to run on a completely stock car or with common bolt-ons such as an intake, upgraded heat exchanger and exhaust. Stage 2 (single pulley) is optimised around a 57.5 mm supercharger pulley, delivering up to 524 HP and 438 ft‑lbs with minimal additional hardware. All calibrations are extensively refined to maximise power, widen the usable rev range and improve cooling and consistency. Optional integration with the IE ZF8 AL551 TCU tune raises the shift points to match the 7200 rpm powerband, sharpens shifts and increases torque capacity for a complete ECU and TCU performance package. E85-specific maps further increase output thanks to ethanol’s cooler burn and greater knock resistance. Built-in safeguards allow safe operation down to approximately E60, so you can fill up with confidence even when pump ethanol content varies. This IE ECU flash gives your A6 or A7 a genuine step up in real-world speed and responsiveness, whether for daily driving, roll racing with brake boosting, or track use where consistent power and reduced heat soak matter.
