PSR Headers and Over-Pipe

Designed for optimum exhaust efficiency whilst adding that unique boxer rumble, the PSR Unequal length headers provide a high quality and high performance solution for the Toyota 86 and Subaru BRZ FA20 models. Utilising the latest in exhaust manufacturing technology ensures a direct fitment, optimum exhaust flow and durability.

Included is a 2.5" Over-Pipe to further improve the performance potential of these headers. Compatible with either the factory front-pipe or any direct-fit aftermarket replacement front-pipe.

Manufactured from 304 Stainless Steel and lost-wax stainless flanges for strength and reliability. A full gasket kit is included for simple, bolt-on installation.

Specifically designed to fill the sound gap between the Q300 and N1 system, the R400 produces a unique, agressive note while minimising harsh cabin noise (particularly at highway speeds). The R400 muffler was designed using years of experience from Invidia's engineers to allow the perfect balance between unrestricted exhaust gas flow and sound dampening. This exhaust system will provides a pronounced exhaust note throughout the entire RPM band even when only installed as a cat-back system. The R400 muffler design also looks great with a race inspired design that will turn heads.

From start to finish the Invidia Exhaust Systems are designed with performance in mind with the exhaust route carefully selected to ensure minimal bends, allowing for an unobstructed exit of exhaust gases with minimal restrictions and turbulence. This will allow for improvements in both horsepower and torque, along with improvements in throttle response with a reduction in turbo lag for turbocharged vehicles. Additionally, you get the reward of an aggressive exhaust note.

INVIDIA FRONT PIPE

The factory exhaust will always have restrictions and these restrictions are normally highest near where the catalytic converter is found. Invidia Exhausts use a larger pipe diameter and smooth bends which allows exhaust gases to pass with fewer restrictions and turbulence. A High-Flow catalytic converter is then utilised to still control emissions for street driving legalities but with minimal impact to exhaust flow. In some cases Invidia will also offer catless versions for off-road use where every ounce of performance is required.

Because of these reasons, Invidia front pipes and cat pipes make for the most popular exhaust upgrade that adds a substantial bump in both horsepower and torque.

To withstand the high temperatures laser cut cast steel flanges are used to ensure long lasting leak free reliability. This is a 100% bolt on installation for right-hand drive vehicles with no modifications or changes required. Factory O2 sensor locations are also retained where required to ensure compatibility with factory systems.
