The N54's factory exhaust manifolds restrict flow from each turbo bank at the cylinder head. This 3.0mm SS304 stainless manifold replaces the factory units with thicker, more durable construction and improved flow geometry — reducing restriction at the very first point in the exhaust path.
Exhaust manifold restriction happens before the turbos ever see the gas — and on a twin-turbo engine like the N54, that cost applies twice over. Fixing the very first bottleneck on both banks matters more than its size suggests.
