Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timeframes
VCTR Performance ships Australia-wide and internationally. We use premium expedited shipping options to ensure the fastest possible transit times.

  • Australia: Estimated 7–14 business days from dispatch. Most orders arrive within 2 weeks of purchase.
  • International: Timeframes vary by destination. Contact us at sales@vctrperformance.com for an estimate before ordering.

Smaller and lighter items typically arrive faster. Larger or heavier items may be towards the longer end of the estimate.

Shipping Partners
We partner exclusively with premium freight carriers to ensure your order is handled with care and delivered as quickly as possible.

Stock Availability
The majority of our product range is held in stock and ready to ship. In-stock items are prioritised for fastest dispatch. Where an item requires additional lead time, our team will contact you before processing your order.

Tracking
All orders include full tracking via the VCTR Performance order portal. Once your order is dispatched you'll receive an email confirmation with your order details. You can track your shipment at any time by visiting the Orders section on our website and entering your order number and email address — no account creation required.

Split Shipments
Some orders containing multiple items may ship separately depending on availability. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment at no additional cost.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Delays
While we do everything to meet the above timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or carrier circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we'll investigate on your behalf.
