By placing an order or using the VCTR Performance website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Eligibility
By purchasing from VCTR Performance you confirm you are of legal age to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction and that all information provided is accurate and complete.
Fitment Responsibility
VCTR Performance provides a Part Finder tool to assist customers in identifying compatible parts for their vehicle. If a product is ordered using our Part Finder and the fitment is incorrect, we will work with you to resolve it. If a product is ordered without using the Part Finder or contrary to the compatibility information provided, fitment responsibility rests entirely with the customer. We strongly recommend confirming compatibility with our team before purchasing if you are unsure.
Installation
All products must be installed by a licensed mechanic. VCTR Performance will not approve warranty claims for any product that has been installed by an unlicensed person or shows signs of improper installation. Proof of professional installation may be required when assessing a claim.
Warranty
Warranty claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis in line with the brand or supplier policy attached to each product. The following will not be covered under any warranty claim:
- Products not installed by a licensed mechanic
- Products damaged during or following installation
- Products that have failed due to misuse, incorrect application or modification
- Labour, installation, diagnostic or any associated time costs
Liability
VCTR Performance is not liable for any vehicle damage, mechanical failure, loss of use, consequential loss or any costs arising directly or indirectly from the purchase, installation or use of any product sold on our platform. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure any product purchased is legal for road use in their state or territory.
Labour & Associated Costs
Under no circumstances will VCTR Performance cover or contribute to labour costs, installation fees, diagnostic charges or any other costs incurred outside the original purchase price.
Intellectual Property
All content on the VCTR Performance website including branding, imagery, copy and product information is the property of VCTR Performance. Reproduction or use without written permission is prohibited.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia and applicable international consumer protection legislation where relevant. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
